Paul is a genius! He finds pain spots on my body I didn't know I had and releases tensions before they cause problems. He has kept me mobile and encouraged me to run again (I'm now 72). I really enjoy my sessions with Paul; I grunt, and we laugh a lot!

I haven't been to see Paul for a few years now but was greeted like an old friend. He has a very holistic approach, and seems to incorporate knowledge of a number of related disciplines. For me, his knowledge of yoga helps me to follow up with exercise - which is probably why I haven't had to visit for so long!

I totally trust in his extensive knowledge and experience and there is never any pressure to book a full course of treatment. Options are given and then I can decide as and when as to how to proceed.
