I have been visiting Paul regularly for chiropractic treatments and exercise/lifestyle advice over the past few years. I continue to feel fitter and stronger and even enjoyed a family skiing holiday in March this year (not bad for someone aged 58 and my last ski holiday was around 25 years ago). I would never have imagined this possible just two years ago and I'm so grateful to Paul for enabling me to enjoy life again, without back pain.

I feel that Paul has a lot of knowledge and experience. He certainly found the source of my problems and treated me successfully. Nice relaxing premises .

I have a rather broad range of issues throughout my body which most practitioners in the past have not being able to diagnosis or understand/piece together (let alone treat correctly). Using his special art of NIP, Paul is really working out my complexities, giving me clear understanding and practical solutions i can work on too. I'm amazed at how well I am progressing with this therapy and I always feel immediate results after a session and into the week until my next one.
I have tried so many things over the years but I must say I feel most improvement with the healing that is happening at Topsham Chiropractor (although don't get fooled by the name.. Paul is no ordinary Chiro!).
He is a true holistic practitioner, a caring professional with high integrity and a passion in his service to help others. I highly recommend him (although I'm cautious to because then he will get even more booked up! 🤫)!
